Aquanta Group is a new breed of investment company. We evaluate business ideas and investment requests on the strength of the character of the applicant, not on the "hot idea of the week" or statistical analysis of the riskiness of the debt. We find the investment decisions of traditional VCs to often be perplexing.

Aquanta Group focuses on seed stage investments only, with no more than $100,000 invested in any single portfolio company. Our rates of return are much higher than other investment vehicles, primarily because of our active role with all companies we invest in.

Individual investors must deposit a minimum of $10,000 with Aquanta Group for a minimum period of 2 years. Withdrawal requests will be entertained at any time; however, after the initial 2 year period, we will guarantee you withdrawal rights, along with a MINIMUM total return of 4% per year during the 2 year period.

For investment amounts in excess of $100,000, you must be an accredited angel investor, with liquid assets in excess of $1 million, or an annual income in excess of $200,000 for the past 3 years.
